  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 8 small red bell peppers, trimmed and diced

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, green pepper, cooked white rice, olive oil, tomato, black pepper, and feta cheese.

3. Spread the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish.

4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the beef is cooked through.
