- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut tofu into 1″ cubes.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, nutritional yeast flakes, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
- Toss the cubes of tofu with the seasonings until evenly coated.
- Spread the cubes on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until tofu is slightly brown and firm to the touch. Serve hot.
