  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cut tofu into 1″ cubes and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Mix barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Pour over baked tofu and toss to coat.
  4. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
