-1/3 cup vegan caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Mix coconut cream and maple syrup in a medium bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds to slightly warm it up.
- Add in the chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in the pecans.
- Using a spoon, drop the chocolate mixture into mini muffin cups and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.
- Remove from the freezer and drizzle each truffle with caramel sauce. Place back in the freezer for another 10 minutes to set before serving. Enjoy!
