Vegan Mint Chip Ice Cream

This vegan mint chip ice cream has a refreshingly cool flavor you won’t be able to resist!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 drops of green food coloring (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon of mint extract
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Combine coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and green food coloring in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the mint extract and vegan chocolate chips to the mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate for two hours or until solid.
