-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. 

2. Mix cooked quinoa, almond milk, raisins, candied ginger, golden raisins, slivered almonds, arrowroot starch, vanilla, and salt. Mix well and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

3. Bake for 20 minutes or until firm to the touch. Let cool before serving.
