This might just be the easiest cookie recipe in the world. All you need for a basic batch are just three ingredients! It’s healthy, it has no added sugars or fat and it’s 100% vegan friendly! Too good to be true? Watch this:
Ingredients
- 1 Large Banana
- 1 Cup of Oats
- Optional Raisins, Craisins, and/or Dark Chocolate Chips
That’s it! If you want to get fancy or splurge a little, add raisins or craisins. Wanna treat yourself? Add some miniature dark chocolate chips for some added antioxidants. After that, you can bake them in an oven on a foil or baking paper-lined pan at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, watching them so they don’t burn. Don’t have an oven? You can use the microwave for a super speedy batch of cookies in a minute’s time.
BAM. DONE. EAT. Healthy, clean, yummy.
