Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup hot water
  • For the frosting: 1 cup vegan chocolate chips, 1/2 cup coconut cream

Preparation:

  1. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking soda. Add vanilla, almond milk, and oil, mixing until smooth. Gradually blend in hot water.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30-35 minutes.
