Ingredients:
- 1 package of firm tofu, cut into nugget-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the tofu pieces to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated in the batter.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil or cooking spray. Gently place the battered tofu nuggets onto the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
4. Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces, such as vegan ranch dressing or spicy sriracha mayo.
