Conclusion:

Veganism is not a diet. It is not merely the elimination of animal flesh from the food. But it is a lifestyle that involves omitting animals, their bi-products & any exploitation whenever it seems possible. Some people need medication to live that has been tested on animals or contains animals. Wherever we can find a non-animal spoiled item, we will surely choose it.

If we use animal products, that’s not because it’s consistent but because we have no option and must have the item(s). The number of people is increasing who have decided to become vegan for ethical, environmental, health reasons, and some other reasons. If it is right, such a diet may result in various health benefits, including a trimmer waistline and improved blood sugar control.
