- 4 Ripe Large Bananas
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Oats
- 3/4 Cups Chopped Nuts
- 3/4 Cups Cranberries or Raisins
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut or Olive Oil
Mix Ingredients, Place in an oiled bread loaf pan, Bake on 350 °F for 30 to 50 Minutes, and Enjoy!
This is a delicious and easy no-sugar banana cake/bread recipe, but the 10-20 minute baking time listed in the recipe definitely didn’t cook it through. Is it possible it should say 1 hour and 10-20 minutes? Just checking. We added that much more time and it came out perfect!
Yes it usually takes longer especially if you like the edges a little more brown and crispy!
