Vegan Banana Cake

No eggs, no baking powder, no sugar – and still so tasty and simple! Check out this healthy recipe for some vegan banana cake. Enjoy!


  • 4 Ripe Large Bananas
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 3/4 Cups Chopped Nuts
  • 3/4 Cups Cranberries or Raisins
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut or Olive Oil

Mix Ingredients, Place in an oiled bread loaf pan, Bake on 350 °F for 30 to 50 Minutes, and Enjoy!

  1. This is a delicious and easy no-sugar banana cake/bread recipe, but the 10-20 minute baking time listed in the recipe definitely didn’t cook it through. Is it possible it should say 1 hour and 10-20 minutes? Just checking. We added that much more time and it came out perfect!
