Creamy Vegan Rice Pudding

  • 3 Cups Almond Milk or Non-Dairy milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 – 1 & 1/2 Cups Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Roasted Almonds (Chopped Topping)
  • 4 Plums (Chopped Topping)
  • Optional 1/4 – 1/2  tsp cinnamon, few pinches nutmeg or flavoring of your choice!
